Wheat is the quietest thing we grow and the one that ends up in your kitchen most often. Chapati every day means the flour matters more than almost anything else you buy.
We sell it as whole grain if you prefer to grind your own, or ground fresh at our mill if you would rather not. Flour ground today and flour ground three months ago are not the same thing, and you can taste the difference in a chapati.
Nothing is added and nothing is taken out — it is whole wheat, bran and all.
