We are setting up a kachi ghani ghana on the farm to press oil from our own groundnut crop. It is not running yet, and we would rather say so than sell you something we have not made.
Kachi ghani means the seed is crushed slowly and cold, the way it was done before machinery got impatient. Nothing is heated, nothing is refined, nothing is stripped out. The oil stays cloudy and smells strongly of groundnut, because that is what it is.
