We grow corn both for eating fresh and for grinding. In season you can buy cobs picked that morning — and if you are visiting, we will roast a few for you on the spot.
The rest is dried and ground at our mill into flour for bhakri. Makyachi bhakri is a winter thing in this part of Maharashtra, and it wants flour that has not been sitting in a warehouse.
