See how the food actually gets made — from the standing crop to the mill that cleans it.
Most people have never seen a field of tur, and almost nobody has seen a dal mill working. We walk you through both.
You will see what we have standing that season — tur, moong, soybean, corn, wheat — and then watch the mill turn the pods into the dal you cook at home. It takes half an hour and it changes how people think about what is in their kitchen.
There is no charge for this. It is part of any day visit, and we do it because we are proud of it.
